Steel production

Copper production
High-pressure pump technology and rotating nozzle heads from Hermetik guarantee the flawless production of copper profile wire. Oxide inclusions are completely and environmentally friendly removed from the copper strand using high-pressure water before rolling, then filtered out of the water and recycled.
Aluminum production
Even the most resistant aluminum oxides can be completely milled off using a HERMETIK system with our high-pressure pump technology combined with rotating nozzle heads. The aluminum particles are easily filtered out of the water after descaling.
Surface technology
