HJJ500-1100kW Positive displacement pump

HJJ500-1100kW – Positive displacement pump from HERMETIK

The HJJ500-1100kW positive displacement pump is the most efficient high-pressure pump in the world. The cost-effective operation of our pump results in an ROI of just 18 months.

After 18 months, a turnkey HERMETIC pump room with the HJJ500-1100kW positive displacement pumps is the savings account for your company. From this point on, our pump earns you money because it has outstanding efficiency and rarely needs maintenance.

The forced lubrication of all components contributes significantly to the long service life and long service intervals.

HJJ500-1100kW – Pump unit structure

The HJJ500-1100kW high pressure pump unit consists of three assemblies: high pressure pump, motor and frame. Each of the 3 assemblies can be serviced independently of the other assemblies. This ensures quick commissioning after maintenance.

The high pressure pump assembly can be supplied with a flanged crane. This integrated crane saves time when removing the pump head. These time and cost savings, together with the outstanding efficiency, ensure an ROI of <18 months.

The HJJ500-1100kW positive displacement pump was designed to be a long-term runner. You can see this in every component of the pump.

Hermetik has been setting the standards in the high pressure pump sector for 40 years.

High-pressure pumps in the steel industry

The high-pressure water from the HERMETIK positive displacemnt pumps can be used in the steelworks to descale steel products. With a pressure of up to 43500 psi, we effortlessly remove every layer of scale from your steel products.

The high-pressure water is generated in the HERMETIK high-pressure pump. This is pumped to the point of consumption via HERMETIK high-pressure pipes made of stainless steel. A consumption point can, for example, be a HERMETIK descaling system that removes all layers of scale from rolling mill products: both the easily removable secondary scale and the stuck-on primary scale.

HERMETIK offers all components from the high-pressure pump to the pipes to the descaling system. The rotating nozzle heads in the descaling system are a patented technology from HERMETIK. Turnkey pump rooms are also part of our portfolio.
