HJJ3006 PUMP ROOM
HERMETIK pump room with 5 x HJJ3006 high-pressure pumps. The inlet for feed water is on the left side (green label). The feed water runs throug the water treatment with booster pumps and filters. In the high-pressure pumps, the pressure is raised up to 1500 bar. The high-pressure water goes trough the High-pressure supply line (red label) on the right side to the HERMETIK descaler.
In order to guarantee a high availabiliity, only 4 of the 5 high-pressure pumps are pressurized. The fifth pump is the spare pump, this pump is only pressurized when another pump has a malfunction or is being maintained. This way maintenance work is possible during ongoing operation.
