The HERMETIK high-pressure water milling system uses rotating nozzle headers – a powerful and effective method of descaling.

THE HERMETIK WATER MILLING SYSTEM

The jets pass over each area of the product several times.
The multiple impact of the rotating water jets breaks up the scale layers and mills them off much more efficiently than the static load produced by stationary jets. This is one of the secrets behind the excellent performance of the HERMETIK water milling system. The Rotary Nozzles headers are > 4 times more effective compared to stationary nozzle headers.
