Our highly competent personnel offer you quick, reliable technical services to ensure the high quality and reliability of the HERMETIK products and solutions. The pumps, descaler, control systems, electronics, pipes and assesories are implemented and handed over as part of the acceptance.

MAINTENANCE SERVICE

During our extensive Warranty offering we will secure that the preventive and regular maintenance of the system is perfomed in line with our high standards. During these visits we encurage your staff to attend and learn the HERMETIK methods and procedures in preparation for the ongoing service long term. 

Repairs can be done on site or remotly depending on your need for repair. Repair can be normally be done and at the same time as ongoing production.

RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT FOR TEST

HERMETIK has test equipment for you to be able to test in your environment and specific application. The mobile descaling equipment will be shipped to your site and implemented for test. The rental period is flexible and can be adopted to your specific requirements.

SPARE PARTS SERVICE

HERMETIK maintain a stock of spare parts for most of our delivered solutions, even up to 40 years old. Contact us for your specific spare parts need and we will respond with delivery time and price.

Normally we can ship the spare parts the same day as we receive the purchase order.
